We start with fresh chicken, pat it dry, and massage in a house peri peri marinade that’s bright with citrus and layered with garlic, paprika, and a hint of smoke. The bird rests until the seasoning sinks deep, then it goes over the grill—skin blistering and turning bronze while the meat stays tender.
You pick the heat: keep it Lemon & Herb for a clean, zesty finish or push to Extra Hot if you like a slow, satisfying burn. Either way, the flavour sits nicely on the tongue without drowning out the chicken. Ask for it carved or served whole; both ways keep the juices where they belong.
Round it out your way—spicy rice, seasoned fries, coleslaw, corn on the cob, or a simple salad. A pot of Garlic Mayo, Peri BBQ, or Hot Chilli never hurts.
